Job Responsibilities:

• Successfully supervise, coach and mentor all level of associates within the teams.
• Approve, review, supervise all application development works to ensure good quality results are delivered that meet business expectation
• Responsible for system analysis and design front-end and back-end environment; continuous research and improve the applications.
• Work closely with HK, China, South East Asia clients and team members to gather the user requirements and delivery the solution.
• Manage project life cycle, including project planning, resources planning, testing, task assignment, risk analysis and reporting to management.
• Lead the system development team for documentation, design, application development and enhancement projects, and follow IT standards for implementations.
• Responsible for project schedule, progress reporting and status update meeting.

Job Requirements: 

The ideal candidates must be

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• With 8+ years hands-on design and development experience
• With 3+ years in leadership capacity
• Rich Experience going through the full software cycle from requirements, design, coding, testing and rolling out to customers as well as best practices and continuous integration
• Experience in Linux OS, web server, proxy, java, database, virtualizations, storage. Knowledge in security solutions, firewall and load balancer are advantage
• Proven track record in delivering system application and managing team in digital projects
• Technical skills in Java, HTML5, PHP, MYSQL, Linux, Oracle  is required
• Self-initiated, exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skill in English, Cantonese
• Good problem solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal skill
