Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

• Act as a key liaison between clients and insurers
• Handle clients inquiry, understand their needs and expectations
• Follow-up policy renewal with clients
• Assist in handling ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Completed IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 2
• Possess sound knowledge in General Insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
