HIT45 is looking for a people leader, committed to the growth and development of our team while cultivating strong relationships within the community. The studio manager is responsible for all aspects of studio performance and results. This person is excited by new customer acquisition and developing new business opportunities. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader, committed to developing their team to excel in finding new ways to enhance the HIT45 experience.    

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Lead the studio by communicating the HIT45 vision and providing the highest level of customer service to the community
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all policies and procedures are properly implemented
• You will ensure the studio and equipment remain impeccable at all times, including contributing to the overall cleanliness of the studio
• Focus on engaging all guests, inclusive of actively selling membership opportunities, class packages, and product offerings
• Lead your team by example; fostering and developing a high-performing team and studio by training and motivating all employees to provide excellent customer service and to meet all goals
• Execute marketing initiatives, partnerships, and event planning
• Assist with social media management
• Evaluate and respond to all client issues and concerns with the highest level of customer service
• Analyze all studio and instructor schedules to maximize performance
• Willingness to lead by example, stepping in to all studio roles when needed

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• An accomplished manager with 5+ years of experience in specialty branded fitness, retail or hospitality environments
• MUST have proficiency in MINDBODY Software as well as MS Office 
• Flexibility to work weekends, holiday and evenings shifts
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful
• Strong management experience in training, mentoring and motivating employees
• Marketing, social media, and event planning experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs

HIT45 is an indoor boot camp studio located in the heart of Central, Stanley Street. A 45-minute high intensity workout that will make you sweat!
