Responsibility :

• station in Myanmar factory
• report to Factory Manager
• monitor inline and final inspection and resolve quality issues and claims
• good knowledge in US and European market including factory audit and product testing
• set up QC system and work flow
• select and train up the locals to form a team
• monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control
• responsible for leading a QC team to maintain product quality, work closely with other departments on quality related issues, developing & enhancing the quality management system

To qualify the post, you should have :

• 10 years or above supervisory experience in HANDBAG MANUFACTURING industry, with proven track record
• Good command of both spoken and written English as well as Mandarin
• Experience in offshore factories is a plus
• Experience in the set up of up QC system
• Strong leadership and management skill
