Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Good command of written & Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent and responsible, self-motivated
• Well-organized and customer service oriented
• Willing to work under pressure
• At least 1 year working experience
  

Job Duties

• Handle inquiries from customer
• Handle customer’s order and cooperate with factory colleagues
