Responsibilities:

• Handle customer/prospect technical service requests with efficient and effective responses.

• Analyze technical information and prepare timely/accurate reports.

• Support on-/off-site customer visits with demonstrations of equipment and product applications as needed.

• Provide/communicate technical ideas and test results in a clear and organized manner.

Requirements:                                                                                                                            

• Diploma or degree holder of chemical and/or textile related disciplines.

• 1-3 years of experience in laboratory environment, preferably in textile industries.

• Good command in spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• Pro-active and independent to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong attention to details, good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Provide on-site support to customers with occasional business travels within/outside Hong Kong.
