Reporting to Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing a full range of reporting and analysis of merchandise in relations to their trends and marketability and make proposal a proper maintenance of stock level for Middle East Market.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and keep up-to-date with market trends to react effectively to changes in consumer demand and propose product development to meet unpredictable market movements.
• Generate statistical reporting and analysis of existing products’ trend outlook and propose new marketing directions.
• Conduct market research to anticipate product competition and translate its potential into product improvements.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team (Middle East) to ensure products and collections meet consumer demand and reflect the current and future market trends.
• Recommend a commercially viable range of merchandise at competitive prices to maximise the Company’s profits.
• Introduce preferred product placement, re-merchandise or replenishment to ensure a proper level of stock is maintained.
• Provide marketing inputs (customer feedbacks, product improvement ideas, application challenges etc) to Design team for current and future product development and improvement.
• Other ad-hoc assignment from time to time

Pre-Requisites

• Degree or Diploma in business, supply chain or merchandising management
• Minimum 3-year relevant working experiences in Fine Jewellery
• Strong understanding of merchandise flow and sales execution processes
• Good Communication, analytical and presentation skills, customer oriented, result-driven
• A reliable team player who is independent, flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
