Jobs responsibilities:

• Direct report to Operating Manager
• Lead the Planning Team to provide guideline and set up operating procedures
• Responsible for regional production capacity plan, production scheduling and materials planning under Sales order
• Monitor production and material activities, Immediate Action on Production change in Workshop and Materials; 
• Review sales forecast and provide mass production planning and facility/ human resource planning.
• Capacity allocation, inventory analysis, production planning
• Do and monitor the production planning, to ensure on-time material delivery
• Work close with PIE, Production department, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics on capacity improvement
• Follow up on production shipments with factories
• In-charge on Workshop performance evaluation based on Daily output data for their monthly KPI
• Provide analytical data to Top Management to illustrate factories’ performance
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• More than 5 years or above relevant experiences with PRC Manufacturing 
• Strong production & material planning plus good analytical mind
• Good organization, planning and leadership skill
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to work under pressure
• Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office (Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot table)
• ERP / MRP application skill is preferred
• Basic knowledge in molding, sewing, painting and assemble production
• Stationed in Shenzhen Factory
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
