Job Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to QA Department;
• Handle data processing, system updates and document filing;
• Coordinate with Third party lab for handling and verifying invoice;
• Manage expense claim and monitor the progress;
• Prepare reports related expense against budget;
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE graduate with full certificate; Undergraduate from QA / Textile discipline is also welcomed;
• 2+ years of clerical experience, preferably gained in garment buying offices or manufacturers;
• A good team player with sound communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
