Key responsibilities:

The Head of Global E-commerce will have overall P/L responsibility of the global e-commerce business. This person will explore and identify online marketing opportunities and channels to enhance brand awareness, increase consumer engagement and drive sales.  He / she will supervise various regional BDs on achieving the sales targets and other e-related KPIs such as number of visits, drop rate, conversation rate, use of affiliates, SEO, email, social media and VIP programs to attract and retain online customers. In addition, this person will also supervise the backend supporting team including the supply chain, e-marketing, IT, customer services to optimize the marketing programs and enable business growth.

Key requirements:

• 8+ years proven track record of running e-commerce business in consumer marketing companies and with P/L accountability, able to define and make decision on key strategies such as product selection, pricing, order fulfillment, etc.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related discipline
• Demonstrated success to lead a cross functional and cultural team including sales and marketing, supply chain, web development and all aspects of e-commerce retail.
• Strong passion of Consumer Electronics products, taking ownership and driving results for excellence.
• Well knowledge of consume product marketing strategies and, launch new products in digital space.
• Ability to create innovative and high-quality program and employ traffic enhancement
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
