About Patek Philippe

Since its foundation in 1839, and without interruption, Patek Philippe has been designing, developing, building and assembling timepieces that are considered by experts to be the best in the world. This is made possible through the know-how and the commitment of its 1,600 employees who tirelessly work in the Patek Philippe workshops and offices, perpetuating the traditional watchmaking art of Geneva.

Since 2013, Patek Philippe has established Patek Philippe Institute in Shanghai, recruiting and nurturing future watchmaking masters in this self-managed apprenticeship program. Starting from 2017, a second Institute in China is established in Singapore, aiming to develop watchmaking talents for Hong Kong, Thailand, and Singapore market. 

Job Description

In this Watch Repair Technician Traineeship，you will receive：

Interview Process

1. Online Application.

After submitting your CV, candidates who meet the requirements will be reached with the first telephone interview.

2. Assessment Center I
   Content：

• Practical Ability Test (Tweezer Test)
• Interview

         Location：Hong Kong
         Date：August 2017 (detailed date tbc)

3. Assessment Center II

    Content：

• Watchmaking Bench Test
• Paper-based Test (Logical, Numerical, Company Knowledge)

 Location：Hong Kong
   Date: September 2017 (detailed date tbc)

4. Local Management Team Interview

Successful candidates from Assessment Center II will be interviewed by local PP management team

   Location：Hong Kong
   Date: Right after Assessment Center II

5. Final Interview

Selected candidates from local management team interview round will be flying to Singapore and interviewed by institute teachers and PP management team (PP will cover all the travel expenses including airplane tickets, accommodations and ground transportation). All candidates are strongly advised to prepare all the travel documents beforehand.

6. Body check

All successful candidates are required to go through body check before receiving official offer letter.
