Responsibilities: 

• Assist in / Independently follow-up orders  (Include Product development , Sourcing )with vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Responsible for product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements
• Work closed with Shipping Department to monitor shipment schedule
• Liaise with overseas clients / China factories
• Provide general & clerical support to Merchandiser department 

Requirements: 

• Form 5 graduate or above , 1 - 4 years (Sales Co & Sales Clerk ) / 1 - 2 years (AM) / 4 - 5 years (M) working experience in Merchandising field with Trading , Factory Background 
• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Good organizational skills , communication, analytical with attention to detail 
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
