Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the SOPs to ensure operation complied with regulatory standards / requirements
• Prepare and maintain QA documents and records
• Coordinate the Safety Management activities
• Audit and inspect the QA data and documents
• Ensure complaints handling, adverse event reporting and field actions are implemented in time and in accordance with procedures
• Other duties as assigned by Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in Science with minimum 2 years' relevant experiences from Quality Assurance in Pharmaceutical field, experiences in Regulatory Affairs (Healthcare) is an advantage
• Familiar with local regulations, GDP and GMP environment is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and wirtten English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Detail minded and self-driven with a strong drive to take up challenges
• Good team player and independent
