Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring quality systems and programs to ensure product quality in comply with the quality standard
- Responsible for research and develop new food/drinks products
- Sourcing materials and suppliers for product development projects
- Review and update ingredients and standard operating procedures of existing products
- Strong internal and external customer focus with great follow-up
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Food Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in catering industry
- Experience in set up HACCP or ISO audit will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to work under pressure;
- Fluent English、Chinese and Putonghua
- Sport lover is highly preferable
- Immediate available is highly preferred
