Job Accountabilities

• To communicate factory audit results with clients, and other Omega worldwide offices
• To support global social responsibility programs and ad hoc projects
• To troubleshoot and develop workable solutions and corrective action plans with multiple clients and factories
• To execute on-site factory social compliance and factory security evaluations
• To monitor audit and report quality
• To assist in internal system development

Job Requirements

• University graduate
• High proficiency in oral and written English with strong communication skills
• Factory social accountability audit experience is essential
• Factory audit experience for security (C-TPAT) is an advantage
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently
• Good PC knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediate availability is an advantage
