Responsibilities

• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 9 regulated activities

• Handle the application for license to SFC

• To formulate, review and update the operational procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance

• Writing and maintaining proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures, including operational and risk control procedures

• Monitor business and financial performance against the plans and ensure regular reporting

• Sound knowledge of fund operation, experience in managing private funds, PE, equities funds or portfolio management

• Involve in the marketing planning and business development, provide support and assist to senior management

   

Requirements

• Must be a current SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer License holder

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in asset management and 3 years must be in management level

• Good knowledge of regulations, and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control

• Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, communication and presentation skills

• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Candidates with less experiences would also be considered
