RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations and by providing value-added analyses
• Foster a strong team environment to achieve the overall objective of the team
• Build capability on business analysis and client presentation skills via daily coaching and training for the immediate team
• deliver industry trends reviews and presentation for the clients.
• Handle client and other stakeholder feedback and enquiries in timely manner
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
• Ensure the delivery of quality work and the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio in order to meet the agreed budget targets

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate with minimum 4 year work experience
• Work experience in FMCG or Retail industry is highly preferred
• Other professions are welcome
• People management experience is required
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Assertive, detail-minded, strong business acumen and strive for excellence
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English and Cantonese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
