Working Period: August 2017 - January 2018

THE POSITION

We are looking for a Panel Operation Coordinator to join our online Panel team. You will own end to end accountability for recruitment of people onto our mobile panel and drive delivery through external vendors, with key priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our external providers and how they are achieving their set KPI’s and SLA’s. Ability to drive and push them to achieve our required outcomes
  • Set priorities & monitor project completion throughout all stages delivery
  • Drive weekly panel management data quality assurance (QA)
  • Drive budget and delivery deadlines to ensure accurate outcomes consistent delivery
  • Work with both internal and external sources to recruit new members for our Hong Kong mobile research panel
  • Ability to manage expectations, conduct quality analysis, and deliver results along with strong communication skills will facilitate supervision of external providers to drive increased productivity

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate or Postgraduate studies in Business, Media, Marketing or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing / media buying with project management experience
  • Experience in managing third party is ideal
  • Intermediate analytical and good communication skills
  • Excel & budgetary limits understanding
  • Positive attitude with continuous enthusiasm to learn new skills
  • Fluent in English and good command of Chinese vernacular - verbal & writing
