Responsible for purchasing combination of media, including digital media, that will enable the marketer to communicate the message in the most effective manner possible at the minimum cost.

Coordinate with Brands to explore the appropriate marketing programs which meet the business goals of the Brands.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with brands to provide media plan according to Swatch Group and brands' guidelines

• Work with brands to analyze and report digital marketing performance, translate data into recommendation and plans for improve performance and provide insights

• Identify and work with media monitoring company to provide media monitoring service (including social media monitoring) to Brands; news report in daily basis, media monitoring analysis reports in monthly and annual basis.

• Liaising and building relationships with all brands through Social Media Committee and media sales companies

• Coordinate PR functions under Group level, e.g. coordinate media event, answer enquiries, arrange interview for top management when required.

•  Assure proper development of the CRM/Digital Marketing Strategy of the Company. 

• Develop Customer Data compliance policy and ensure it is in compliance with the local laws and regulations and the company policy

Requirements:

 - Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related discipline

- 5 years’ related experience in CRM, loyalty marketing and database marketing preferably from luxury product market

- Experience in business intelligence tools, statistical & data mining models

- Commercial awareness; Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong in data analysis work & project management experience

- Able to work independently, proactive and take initiatives

- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and CRM system
