Job Scope & Purpose

• Oversees content marketing initiatives, across multiple platforms and formats, to drive desired behavior from prospects and leads.
• Being an expert in all things related to content.
• Defining the brand story and the story as interpreted by the audience.
• Leading the development of content initiatives to drive new business

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality and tone, 
• Optimized for search and user experience for all channels 
• Develop of a functional content calendar.
• Distribute content thru optimal channels.
• Integrate content activities with other marketing campaigns/objectives
• Conduct ongoing analytics to gauge content effectiveness. 
• Make recommendations based on those results. 
• Develop best practices for content creation, distribution, and repurposing. 
• Conduct periodic competitive content audits.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in Growth/E-commerce/Digital Marketing
• Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese, additional foreign language an advantage
• Problem solver be able to work independently
