Responsibilities:

• Support and work closely with sales team on marketing strategies
• Prepare and design marketing related materials for internal and external communications
• Participate in Ad hoc assignment and client meetings when required (e.g. printing materials, product catalog, etc.)
• Provide marketing operation support and Undertake special and ad-hoc assignments / projects
• Ensure smooth execution of all sales/marketing events or plans
• Work closely with both local and mainland clients and internal parties
• Plan and execute the assigned products or events and perform as a project leader

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communication / Marketing / Public Relations
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Strong cross-functional and organizational skills, must have great follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented, articulate and presentable
• Strong PC skills, in particular MS Excel & Power point
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent writing and editing skills, preferably with keen interest in creative writing
• Outgoing, positive, flexible, Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Commitment to, and demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
