Duties:

• Responsible for overall sales initiatives and activities to achieve business targets
• Develop full Channel Mapping to identify potential customers and outlets
• Develop effective strategy to drive the sales performance
• To manage the full Trade Investment Analysis to deliver customer strategy in store
• Deliver company brand strategy in the customer with a positive ROI
• Lead design and delivery of sell-in and negotiation of annual Customer plans
• Manage and execute the plans in store and ensure well communication with field sales team
• Collaborate with different business stakeholders to optimize business opportunities
• Lead and inspire team of Sales professionals to deliver excellence

Requirements:

• University graduate or MBA holder, preferably degree holder in business major; alternatively a science/pharmacy degree or equivalent
• At least 10-12 years solid Business Experience in Sales Operations with minimum 5 years’ experience in Modern Trade Management
• Prior working experience in MNC or Local Firm for FMCG/OTC Healthcare industry
• Strong leadership skills and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written & spoken English & Cantonese
