About the role

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team of experiential and brand marketing projects. You will be responsible for managing our creative projects & brand initiatives, to build engaging campaign event & experiences for our clients and target audiences. Through the team or individually, you will plan and deliver high impact & special brand projects. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Lead on planning, developing, ideation and implementing events and experiential experiences
• Strategic thinker of best-in-class creative concepts and proposal development
• Provide consistent, professional client experience
• Collaborate with client service / digital team / influencers team to identify opportunities and drive brand equity
• To ensure all the projects you have responsibility for in flawless execution 
• Budgets and third-party management
• Responsible for developing careers of your direct reports and helping them grow & excel 

Requirements: 

• +3 years of relevant experience or similar role 
• Strong management, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of executing successful PR/ marketing campaigns, cross-platform O2O experience is an advantage 
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment and ready to take initiative and work independently
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Fantastic client service ethic and high expectations for quality
• Excellent communications skills, with high professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

*Successful candidate with less qualification/ experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
