Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Operations Officer to oversee Cambodian side daily operations and management.
• Responsible for day-to-day operation, including business negotiation, quotation, customs clearance handling and risk management etc.
• Manage the internal team to enhance operational efficiency and achieve the corporate objectives.
• Plan, develop and monitor internal control and operations training system, to build a highly-motivated and efficient team to achieve company goals, business&brand development.
• Conduct business analysis of internal performance and market information.
• Need to travel to Cambodia frequently

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business related disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in operations position
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Energetic, independent and self-motivated
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Work in Hong Kong / Cambodia
