Main responsibility:

• Develop, maintain and upgrade our e-shop to drive business growth and achieve business objectives
• Manage e-shop’s renovation, information flow and merchandise arrangement
• Plan and implement on-line sales promotion and marketing programs
• Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rate etc and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning
• Identify and set up alliance with major eMall, search engines and portals
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in e-commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in e-commerce / e-marketing / online store merchandising, preferably in apparel retail / Tmall in China market
• Possess entrepreneurial spirit and be able to own the entire operation of our e-commerce business from strategy to execution
• Good planning, analytical and organizing skills with strong business acumen
• Good presentation, interpersonal, communication skills and attention to details
• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced corporate environment
• Innovative, independent and a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in excel, power point and Chinese word processing
