Requirements:

• Form 5 or above qualification with minimum 1 year work experience in sales of any industry, with experience in Architect, Design, Engineering industry or Environmental industry is an advantage  
• Excellent presentation and people skills  
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Customer-oriented and able to serve clients in professional manner
• Team player with ability to work autonomously  
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin  

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and business development, explore potential markets, customers and partnership opportunities  
• Develop and execute full-scale marketing plan and promotional activities  
• Co-ordinate with project teams for a smooth project management in order to meet deadlines  
• Handle clients’ enquiries
• Carry out construction site visit
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
