Job Description & Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing and Sales promotion activities in Asia Pacific region
• Strategic planning and execution of sales & marketing plan according to headquarter requirements
• Develop and manage the property channel in the region 
• Ability to give clear presentations and guide clients through our sales center and display suites
• Generate and manage firm sales contracts in accordance with goals set out by headquarter
• Build and maintain a fruitful relationship with purchasers and buyer agents
• Perform any other sales management and administrative responsibilities as required by the Company

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University degree in Real Estate or business related disciplines
• Willing to travel
• Living record in Canada or UK will be preferred
• At least 3 years proven track record of sales performance in real estate industry especially in international residential property in the region
• Highly organized, goal and detail-oriented with superior closing skills
• Must be able to work as an individual and in a team environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
• Familiarity with real estate databases (CRM)
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• With Real Estate License is preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
