This position reports directly to the CEO of the Company. As the person is responsible for the digital brand presence in the Hong Kong, Macau and later Greater China regions, he/she will develop, implement and execute strategic digital marketing plans in line with the company’s global objectives owning their implementation from concept to execution. He/she will have the overall responsibility for brand management & corporate identity, and develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about VitaCell International Co. Ltd. both online and offline. To the extent that is applicable, additional responsibility could include project based assignments within Marketing Department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns (brand, product launch, etc) for both offline and online channels—directing the creative process from initial strategy development through implementation
  • Maintain effective company-wide internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities
  • Work in close partnership with E-Commerce team to shape and optimize content, promotion and media strategies to accelerate topline growth
  • Work with media planning agency and internal analytics team to identify cost effective means for ongoing measurement of tactics against core objectives
  • Ensure appropriate analytics and tagging is in place and drive in market optimization where possible
  • Guide media decisions and future brand plans with insights gathered from program reporting and landscape analysis
  • Apply solid understanding of audience profiling techniques, media consumption habits and competitive analysis to seek innovative solutions
  • Be an expert in the offerings and behaviors of all social media & PPC ad platforms
  • Support annual business planning and Digital Team needs, where needed
  • Monitor, review and report on performance of all marketing activity/campaigns and assess against goals
  • Co-own and involve in planning and execution of demand generation campaigns with Sales department
  • Help design and manage social media strategy, which could include involvement in the development and execution online campaign, offline event, etc.
  • Suggest possible collaboration areas with reputable companies/brands
  • Gather market intelligence and researches to gain customer insight
  • Assist in manage the company’s marketing budget

  

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of a BA/BS Degree is required
  • An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Marketing or a related business field is preferred
  • Ideally, 4 combined years of Marketing, Brand or Digital PR management experience in the beauty and/or fashion industries
  • Experience with hands-on digital and integrated media planning, buying or related position is required
  • Cursory understanding of digital analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, insatiable curiosity, agility and an established track record of hard work and dedication to results
  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics, being up-to-date with latest trends and creativity are indispensable traits
  • Strong writing, communications and presentation skills are a must.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills aiding an ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Has some relationship with online and offline influencers [bloggers, YouTubers, media, complementary brands, etc]
  • Digitally savvy and active in social platforms, good content development skills
