Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to Sales Admin Team;
  • Process warehouse documents;
  • Issue invoices, packing list, samples mailing & filing, etc;
  • Customs Declaration;
  • Liaise with customers for delivery arrangement 

Job Requirements

  • F.5 or above;
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience; 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
  • Good command in computer skills, i.e. MS Word and Excel; 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
