Job Description

• Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional team to support overall communication strategy
• Plan and organize public events
• Plan, design and coordinate publications and content with updated communication tools and social media.
• Formulate/maintain membership scheme and implement CRM system
• Establish and manage strong network and professional relationship various stakeholders
• Carry out ad hoc projects assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relation, Journalism or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years relevant working experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as Public Affair Officer
• Strong understanding of current marketing and digital trends.
• Knowledge of current affairs.
• Experience with graphic/ website design and knowledge of design software are preferred.
• Interpersonal skills and maturity with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Able to work independently as well as a good team member.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
