Job Description
Nakama Global have partnered with a leading global property group in search for a high caliber Senior Media Sales Manager to develop sales strategy and achieve business revenue goals. The successful candidate will have 8+ years experience in a media sales environment, with ideally 4+ years of managerial experience too. Contacts/networks in the property/hospitality industry a plus!
Must be fluent in Cantonese (written/spoken)
Responsibilities:
- Work with management to identify and develop strategic sales directions
- Develop & maintain strong sales relationships with external stakeholders
- Understand company’s media offering and be able to develop new products
- Identify suitable streams of revenue and opportunities
- Coach and mentor juniors to achieve set targeted sales goals
- Provide ongoing analysis of media product offering on relevant channels
- Conduct research & reports on media sales performance
The successful candidate will be:
- Native Cantonese speaker, with fluency in English
- 8+ years of media sales experience (with at least 4 years in management)
- Experience leading & training juniors
- Agency experience a plus
- Property experience a plus
- Highly diligent, able to identify areas of opportunity
- Strong analytical skills, driven and great communication skills
