Job Description
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and arrange shipment schedule with various parties
- Handle shipment schedule, booking, customer requirements and coordinate with factory/Merchandiser on shipping documents
- Monitor all shipments in transit and alert needed parties in case of any problems
- Responsible for preparing / checking full set of Export shipping documents and customs declaration
- Support Merchandising Department
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Full Knowledge of Shipping
- Must be Flexible with adaptability to new concept, Efficient & Responsible
- Good command of written English, spoken Mandarin
- Proficient in computer literacy including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Daily travel to Shenzhen Office
