Responsibilities:

• Manage the production plan, the production process as well as the delivery chain (shipping and/or freight)
• Control and monitor the production process before deadline
• Assure continuous controls during the production process
• Introduce preventive measures in consultation with the superior, such as lack of time, wrong delivery, quality defects, etc.
• Evaluate suppliers in regard to quality, costs, and reliability Check and confirm the material in consultation with headquarter
• Optimize processes in product development 
• Troubleshoot and provide solution to tackle procurement problems
• Travelling to China may be required

Requirement:

• Diploma graduate or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related disciplines
• Technical Drawing experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in sourcing, sample/product development, and orders follow up in China 

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines Good interpersonal skills to contact directly overseas customers and suppliers

• High levels of attention to detail
• Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
