Responsibilities:

• Supports Senior Consultants in system setup and implementation of FlexSystem Financial Management solution
• Works with project team in system deployment, configuration, testing and product go-live
• Assists project team in client business requirement analysis and translation
• Participate in activities of full project implementation cycle, including system design and configuration, documentation on design of functional specification, data migration, system integration test, user acceptance test, and solution production-run
• Participates in direct communication with clients, including product demonstration, ongoing support, project meeting, users’ supporting and etc.
• Provides users’ training  and prepares training manuals to clients
• Prepares and maintain system and project documentation

Requirements:

• High Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Information Technology or related disciplines. Fresh graduated will be welcomed.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Proficiency in the use of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with accounting knowledge will be an advantage
