Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Manager in leading and supervising a team of handover staff for handover of new developments
• Liaise with project team, property management team and contractors for smooth handover arrangements
• Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing handover logistic plan, supervising and monitoring the pre-handover inspection and cleaning, unit handover, attending handle enquiries and complaints, preparing status reports, etc. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property / Housing / Hotel Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ working experience in property management of which at least 5 years in managerial level
• Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MRPHM,MCIH,MHKIH) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of BMO is a definite advantage
• Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated, cooperativeand a team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and capable of working under pressure
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Applicant with sound working background but less experience would also be considered
