Responsibilities:
- Complies sales report to have accuracy sales achievement monitoring
- Prepare team meeting materials to ensure company expectation transfer to promotor team
- Support promotor team to maintain sales & service quality
- Conduct effective communication between company, retail frontline and client to ensure professional sales cycle deliver
- Ensure sales order follow up handled professionally and be daily retail operation back up
- Be responsible and able to handle complex case independently
Requirement:
- 5 years retail experience
- Appliance product background is an added value
- MS office in word, excel & PowerPoint is a must
- Excellent communicator & people orientation personality
- Good business sense, attentive to details & be sensitive to numbers
