Job Description
Job Scope:
- Prepare and align sales budget with the sales team and the assigned distributors
- Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Involve in developing and launching new products’ sales and marketing plans
- Assist and accelerate the sales development of the international regional business
- Collaborate with the product development team to participate in special projects development
- Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure the stock inventory is good to cope with the sales trend
- Prepare regular sales management report for senior management
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder / Degree holder or equivalent
- 2 years or above experience in international trade business, operations, sales experiences is preferred
- Independent, self-motivated, hardworking and proactive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Travel to overseas and China may be necessary
