Responsibilities:

• Monitor and prepare management reports
• Formulate KPI report and other performance analysis
• Support customer enquiries through contacting multiple divisions
• Monitor data integrity of system
• Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas station to achieve services excellence
• Handle ad hoc project

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 2 years experiences in logistics with customer services experience will be an advantage
• Good PC knowledge (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
• Willing to learn
• Hands-on mentality, pro-active, detail minded
• Immediate available is highly preferred
