Sales manager :

Responsibilities

• To establish new accounts; increasing existing sales business
• Identify market opportunities that develop a strong sales pipeline which ensure annual targets are tied directly to overriding strategy of the Company. 
• Develop strategic relationships, understand confidentiality and joint development criteria as it relates to key strategic customers. 
• Maintain relationships with key partners and drive incremental revenue through sales plans, training and events and travel/ trade shows

Requirements

• U-graduate and over 5 years sales experience in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of power supplies/consumer electronics products
• Experience in new product development & handling OEM/ODM projects
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Responsible for sales target & performance relative salary system 
• Self-motivation and strong commitment 
• Frequent travel to factory at Dongguan is required

*Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager*
