Responsibilities:

1. Providing prompt & accurate response to customers' enquiry via tele- communication and email. 
2. Maintaining smooth operation in Sales department by preparing quotation and tender document, sales order history monitoring, follow up, and arranging sales & marketing material. 
3. Maintaining good relationship with customers by close follow up.
4. Ad-hoc general duties are required

Requirements:

1. F.6 or above, with Science Background  is a benefit
2. Good sense of responsibility, well-organized & good tele-communication skills
3. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
4. Good knowledge of PC applications
5. Excellent customer service orientation is essential
