Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain QA documents and records
• Coordinate the Safety Management activities
• Work closely with factory team & warehouse team
• Food sample preparation, conduct microbial test, lab result analysis and report preparation
• Address quality and hygiene issues and solve any problem found
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
• Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention 

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder or above in Food Science, Nutrition or relevant discipline.
• 1 year working experience in food processing QA role is preferred
• Knowledge on ISO22000 is an advantage.
• Experience in food industry / manufacturing, food laboratory professionally qualified in food safety is preferred.
• Proactive with excellent communication and influencing skill, problem solving skills and mature.
• Outdoor work is required.
• A self-starter, willing to learn, diligent and self-motivated
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
