Job Description

Major Responsibilities
Project Management

  • Take a lead to plan, execute, monitor and close the project.
  • Ensure project deliverables to meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure all projects are correctly scoped and key tasks/issues identified.
  • Develop all project documents to execute all tasks with different milestones.
  • Update stakeholders on project status and its impact to business.

Change Management

  • Facilitates the implementation of change within the organization.
  • Develops and trains the stakeholders and the teams in the new environments.

Software Implementation

  • Identify and prioritize the business requirements from all business process domain stakeholders.
  • Carry out analysis and transform the requirement in a form of high level and detailed technical designs to the IT system implementation team/vendor.
  • Provide the functional and technical suggestions to business and line up business and technical teams.
  • Work with implementation team/vendor to define, monitor, and execute project solutions within time, budget, and resources constraints.
  • Carry out the conceptual and architectural design, feasibility analysis, analysis and definition of the requirements, detailed system design, testing, deployment, training and the ongoing support.
  • Prepare all system documents.

 

Requirement:

  • Solid experience in product design, development, implementation, execution of web technologies
  • Solid Experience in Project Management, Good Presentation Skills.
  • Preferred with e-Commerce / e-Procurement experience
  • Have innovative mindset
  • Good knowledge in SDLC processes and procedures.
  • Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a mission-driven environment and customer-focused problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
