Key Responsibilities:

• Production records input and conduct analysis on the quality records with maintaining the integrity of the quality records
• Conduct test and inspection on finished product produced
• Implement hygiene monitoring, e.g. GMP, GLP in laboratory, production area and warehouse 
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Food related disciplines
• Sensory evaluation skill is needed
  
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer operations (e.g. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
