Your Tasks

• Manage daily operation of finished goods warehouse across the region
• Continuous monitoring KPIs (Quality, Cost and Performance Measures）
• Harmonize and optimize the processes, methods and Systems within the region activities
• Ensure MOVE (Lean Manufacture) is integrated into warehouse activities
• Realize and Monitor functional, personal and commercial targets
• Manage and monitor performance providers
• Drive cost reduction
• Lead project implementation

Your Profile

• 5 years working experience in warehouse management (3th party working experience is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics
• Good leadership skills
• Problems solving skills and data-analysis ability
• Good English skills
• Open mind
• Good change management
• Hands on experience in SAP or other ERP (or MRP II) platforms preferable
