Job Duties

• Apply & follow up licensing & paper work with TD/Highway Dept/Police;
• Coordinate various sub-contractors, follow up receipt, delivery and unloading of Heavy & Oversize Cargoes from Terminal to customer’s jobsite.
• Ensure whole delivery process is completed according to schedule and in a safe manner;
• Act as the 2nd contact point. Attend regular meetings with stakeholders including but not limited to Government departments, clients, sub-contractors etc;
• Provide Support to any other new projects

Requirements

• Form 3 graduate or above;
• Mechanic knowledge: trailers & motor vehicles;
• Minimum 5 years solid experience as Project Coordinator (e.g. Construction Industry);
• Positive personality with a “can-do” attitude;
• Holder of Hong Kong Driving License, Green Card;
• Oral English and Putonghua;
• OT & Shift working hours is required during High Season;
• Candidate with lesser experience may be considered as Assistant Supervisor to start;
• Work Locations: Tsuen Wan Office & Jobsites
