Responsibilities:

l   Collect & issue local delivery / pick up order ;

l   Handling daily local delivery receipts & job input ;

l   Communication with drivers & customers, including taking orders from customers & other dept. ;

l   Prepare invoice & manifest, exchange D/O…etc

l   Documents filing

Requirements:

l   Form 5 or above with 1 year office experience

l   Fair in English and Mandarin with good PC skills (Word, Excel-Advance level)

l   Fast and accurate English typing (35wpm)

Location: Fan Ling / Kwai Chung

Working Hour: 09:00 – 17:45 (Mon-Fri), 09:00 – 12:00 (lt. Sat)
