Job Responsibilities

- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents, banking documents and customs declarations

- Follow up orders by coordinating with suppliers and transportation agents

- Data entry, prepare reports and monitor the shipping schedules

- Other office ad hoc duties when required

Job Requirements:

- F.5 or above

- Minimum 3 years' shipping experience, preferably in trading company

- Proficient in PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing

- Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, attention to details and able to work independently

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
