Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all parties (customers, suppliers, forwards, warehouse subcontractors and truckers) for goods in/out the warehouse.
• Handle independently the inbound and outbound shipment and prepare necessary documentation according to clients' requirement.
• Report warehouse operators' and trucking contractors' performance to senior colleagues.
• Prepare various operational reports as assigned independently and accurately.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Working Location: Tin Shui Wai Warehouse

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in logistics or supply chain management preferable.
• 1-2 years relevant working experience.
• Good customer service skills, detailed-minded and result-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, hardworking and independent at work.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese/English.
• Well versed in PC and MS Office including Word and Excel. Proficiency in Chinese typing.
