JOB DUTIES

•          Cargo receiving, data entry (SAP), generate the manifest;
•          Communicate with external SPs (supplier / transportation guys / courier etc.),
•          Liaise with factory’s colleagues by email and/or phone.
•          Arrange China truck loading;
•          HK import and export declaration (trade link)
•          Prepare the related documents for factory’s warehouse to receive the cargo.
•          Ad hoc jobs assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

•          F.5 or above;
•          Min 2 years solid experience in logistics / trading / manufacturing field;
•          Good knowledge in trade-link declaration system;
•          Good Cantonese, fair English and Mandarin;
•          Proficiency in PC knowledge including Excel, outlook and Chinese word processing;
•          Mature, initiative, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure, hard-working.
•          Good communication and interpersonal skill
