Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor delivery team to ensure good delivery standard for Door-to-Door deliveries.
• Rostering of delivery team to match the daily deliveries.
• To review overall performance of delivery team regularly and provide effective solutions to management for continuous improvement.

Requirments:

• At least 3 years' solid relevant experience in fleet & distribution management with minimum 1 years in supervisory level
• Driving Licence required (1 & 2) for site visits
• Familiar with Hong Kong roads
• Good supervisory, team work spirit, well-organised & detail-minded
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with all level of staff
• Good command of Cantonese
• Working Location: Tokwawan
